I have celiac disease and was worried when I got to japan. The second the chef Yusei took a picture of my celiac card I knew I was in the right hands. He and the staff took every precaution possible. Double checked when they were unsure, showed me what soy sauce I would be getting. And when they realised parts of my meal were not gluten free I got something else. Nowhere else has taken my celiac disease as serious as this place. I cannot recommend it enough
